What payment forms do you accept?
We accept credit card payments in the form of VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. For Enterprise plans you can select to have an invoice sent to you rather than billed automatically.
What is the payment schedule?
For Basic Plans we charge the $99 recurring fee in advance for each 30 day period. Any overage charges will be charged at the end of each 30 day period. The Basic Plan will auto-renew every 30 days unless you cancel your account. There are no payments for Free Plans.
Can I change Plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade/downgrade or cancel your plan from the Account page in your dashboard. Changes to your plan take effect immediately. If downgrading, any unused bandwidth included in your Basic Plan will not be usable.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your HD Cloud at any time. If you cancel, your account will be closed immediately, and you will be billed for any overages incurred (Basic Plan only) during the current billing period. You will not be able to use any unused bandwidth remaining in a Basic Account. You will not receive any refund for Basic charges already billed for the current billing period. You will not be charged anything further going forward.
